Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a detail-oriented individual in the Philippines for managing stock and processing orders. The successful candidate will ensure that purchase orders are accurately issued and that all stocks received are acknowledged.

This role includes responsibilities such as managing supplier deliveries, inventory adjustments, and ensuring the timely release of payroll for Distribution Staff. A BS or AB in any 4-year course is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all purchase orders for receiving are issued
• Acknowledge stocks received from suppliers
• Transfer/send data files to other departments
• Encode quantity received and packer's productivity
• Ensure all promo items are packed and received on the same day
• Return all bad orders and unproductive SKUs to suppliers
• Encode necessary adjustments and print inventory checklist
• Ensure payroll of Distribution Staff are released
• Respond to supplier's delivery complaints
• Requisition/distribute office and warehouse supplies
