Job summary

Global Dollarstore Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Officer in the Philippines to support purchasing, inventory, and logistics operations.

You will monitor supplier performance, coordinate with warehouses and branches, and help maintain optimal stock levels while ensuring timely deliveries. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• 1–3 years in supply chain, purchasing, procurement, inventory, or logistics.
• Experience in retail, distribution, or trading is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers on availability, pricing, lead times and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and related documents.
• Monitor orders from placement to delivery and ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Track inventory levels and ensure stock availability without overstock.
• Coordinate with warehouses, logistics providers, and branches on deliveries.
• Prepare regular reports on purchasing, inventory, deliveries, and supplier performance.
