Job summary

CHG Global Inc. (World Balance) is seeking a Procurement and Inventory Analyst to manage merchandise mix, allocation, replenishment, and inter-store transfers at multiple sites in the Manila area.

You will analyze sales data by SKU/Channel/Store/Brand, prepare reports and presentations, and support category managers with forecasted demand and stock levels, ensuring healthy inventories and timely purchase orders.

Qualifications

• Any 4-year course related to Business Administration, Retail, Engineering, Economics, etc.
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare and recommends merchandisemix and allocation up to store level.
• Review and approve replenishment requests if no allocation at channel level.
• Recommend procurement strategies based on historical and forecasted sales and inventory trends.
• Ensure healthy inventory levels through stock replenishments and inter-store movements.
• Encode and reviews first Purchase Order in Excel before uploading in SAP.
• Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
• Analyze Sales Data per SKU/Channel/Store/Area/Brand.
• Create and present Sales Data Reports to Brand Management and Sales Department.
• Review, control, and approve Purchase Order requests for additional allocation on all Sales Channels.
• Prepare periodic feedback reports on items.
• Prepare sales, inventory, and forecast reports vital to KPIs of each product line.
• Monitor inventories to meet target sell-through.
