Job summary

Green Horizon Fortune Trading Corp. in the Philippines is seeking an Inventory and Warehouse Manager to oversee daily stock levels, cycle counts, and reporting to prevent stockouts and overstocking.

You will lead warehouse staff, coordinate procurement with suppliers, and ensure system documentation of shipments, invoices, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Familiarity with NetSuite or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory levels, coordinate cycle counts, and run reports to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Procurement: Analyze and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals and forecast future inventory needs.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff and inventory clerks.
• System Management: Use inventory tracking and supply chain software (such as NetSuite or ERP systems) to document shipments, deliveries, and invoices.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain safe warehouse environments and ensure audit compliance with company and state regulations.
