Sotogrande Hotel & Resorts is seeking a Purchasing Staff at its Iloilo location to manage end-to-end procurement of food, beverages, housekeeping supplies, engineering parts, and services.

The role focuses on cost control, supplier selection, and timely deliveries. You will generate purchase orders, monitor stock, and maintain accurate purchasing records while collaborating with receiving teams and departments to ensure quality and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics, or a related field.
• 1 to 3+ years of purchasing, procurement, or administrative/inventory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and time management.

Responsabilités

• Research potential suppliers, compare price quotes and vendor reliability.
• Negotiate pricing, discounts, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Generate and track purchase orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate reorders to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Maintain purchasing logs and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
