Job summary

Greenstone Packaging Corporation is seeking a procurement professional to manage requisitions, quotations, and supplier relations in Sta. Quiteria Caloocan City. You will prepare POs, bid specifications, and monitor market conditions to meet department needs while ensuring timely delivery and quality.

The role requires a bachelor's degree related to supply management or engineering and 1–2 years purchasing experience, with strong MS Office skills and negotiation abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Supply Management, Business or Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in buying/purchasing.
• Proficient in MS Office; good communication and negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase requisitions and quotations.
• Process approved requisitions (PRs) and prepare weekly PR monitoring reports.
• Interview, correspond with and visit vendors; track market conditions and prepare reports for management.
• Prepare/create Purchase Orders (POs), bid specs and other procurement documents.
• Determine purchasing needs and specifications with departmental officials.
• Conduct business analysis, category and supply market profiling.
• Source potential suppliers and conduct supplier analysis.
• Negotiate with contractors and vendors on price, payment terms, and delivery times.
• Purchase goods and services within budget while ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Maintain inventory levels by ordering goods and coordinating with store room; establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs).
