Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers for consumable materials and supplies.
• Request and compare quotations from vendors.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of consumables.
• Track deliveries and ensure orders are received accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain purchasing records, supplier databases, and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and finance departments regarding purchasing requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Resolve issues related to quality, quantity, or delivery discrepancies.
• Assist in supplier performance evaluation and cost-saving initiatives.
