Job summary

Greenstone Packaging Corporation is seeking a procurement professional to manage purchase requisitions, quotations, and supplier relations. You will prepare POs, bid specifications, and procurement documents while ensuring timely delivery and quality to meet organizational needs.

The role requires 1–2 years in buying, a degree in supply management or related field, and strong MS Office and negotiation skills. Based in Sta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Supply Management, Business or Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in a buying capacity.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good communication and negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase requisitions and quotations.
• Process approved requisitions (PRs) and prepare weekly PR monitoring.
• Interview, correspond with vendors and monitor market conditions.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs), bid specs, and procurement documents.
• Confer with departments to determine purchasing needs and specs.
• Perform business analysis, category and supply market profiling.
• Source potential suppliers and create supplier analysis.
• Negotiate with contractors on price, payment terms, and delivery time.
• Purchase goods within budget and ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Maintain inventory levels and establish Blanket Purchase Agreements.
• Coordinate with Store Room on inventory to identify purchase needs.
