Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our Signature Team. You will be the day-to-day bridge between brand partners and internal production teams, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and assets are delivered on time.

You will gather briefs, track timelines, schedule asset delivery, and prepare weekly analytics for client reviews, while coordinating with Creative, Production, and Sales to onboard clients and manage invoices.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in account management or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary daily contact for brand clients and provide updates.
• Track campaign timelines, schedule asset delivery, and ensure assets are delivered on schedule.
• Compile and present weekly/monthly analytics for client review.
• Partner with Creative, Production, and Sales to onboard clients and manage handoffs.
