Job summary

MicroSourcing in Quezon City is seeking a Property Leasing Specialist to review lease agreements, identify key dates, and manage landowner contacts. This onsite, day-shift role requires meticulous records, negotiation skills, and coordination with solicitors to execute lease documents.

You will maintain site tracker records, support renewal programs, and escalate tenure risks to senior staff while ensuring timely client reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in property, lease administration, commercial real estate, telecommunications property or a related field.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting commercial lease documentation.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Review lease agreements and identify key dates, options, rental provisions and tenure risks.
• Assess land ownership and confirm current landowner/contact details.
• Maintain accurate lease and contact records within Site Tracker and client databases.
• Prepare and issue lease renewal correspondence and information packs.
• Liaise with landowners regarding lease renewals, access requirements and commercial terms and obtain landowner agreement.
• Send documentation to solicitors and coordinate execution of lease documentation.
• Track lease status, milestones and client reporting requirements.
• Escalate tenure risks, disputes or renewal challenges to senior property staff.
• Support portfolio-wide lease renewal programs and reporting activities.
