Qualifications

• Leadership experience through student organizations, internships, projects, competitions, or other activities is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational and project management skills are necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Willing to learn different aspects of the business.
• Willing to work on multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Willing to work closely with senior management and different departments.
• Knowledgeable and comfortable in using AI tools for research, documentation, data organization, reporting, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CEO in planning and executing special projects and strategic initiatives
• Take ownership of assigned projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate with different departments to gather information and drive project execution
• Analyze operational and business information to identify issues and opportunities
• Research competitors, market trends, business practices, and potential opportunities
• Assist in evaluating proposed initiatives and business improvements
• Support the CEO in evaluating operational and business concerns
