Job summary

Comrise in Metro Manila, Taguig is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead key initiatives within the Global Corporate Operation team. You will guide service delivery strategy and execute across locations and client groups, driving improvements and stakeholder collaboration.

The role demands 5+ years in project management, experience in HR/Finance/IT projects, governance exposure, and strong skills in Agile, Six Sigma, and Pareto analysis.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience managing HR projects, Finance projects, IT projects.
• Exposure to Governance meetings, Client-facing engagement.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, Pareto methodology.
• Knowledge of Gantt charts, Portfolio management, Executive presentation.
• Manage governance and stakeholder meetings.
• Operate effectively in client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• The role manages key projects within the Global Corporate Operation (GCO) team.
• The role supports GCO in service delivery strategy and execution across all locations and client groups.
• Identify trends and process gaps and drive a culture of improvement.
• Manage issues and process complexities through partnership with various stakeholders.
• Support measurement mechanisms and reporting according to the needs of the business.
• Drive focus areas around client orientation and customer satisfaction stakeholders.
