Job summary

You will move across functions, conduct research and analysis, coordinate with HR, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance and Procurement, and help turn management direction into actual execution.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO and management on projects contributing to operations and growth.
• Move between different business functions to understand problems quickly.
• Assist in planning and executing special projects and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with departments to drive project execution and track timelines.
• Prepare updates, reports, and presentations for management.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decisions.
• Develop process improvements with the leadership team.
• Support cross-functional coordination across HR, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Procurement.
