Neltex Development Co. Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Area Sales Supervisor to lead field sales efforts and drive revenue growth across key accounts.

You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, developing new accounts, and strengthening relationships with General Trade and hardware channels, with a strong emphasis on fieldwork and account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 2 years of experience in Field Sales.
• Experience in construction-related products or FMCG is an advantage.
• With an existing network of General Trade/Hardware accounts is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage existing accounts and develop new customers.
• Strong sales management and customer relationship skills.
• Willing to perform 100% fieldwork.
• Must know how to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Must be Davao City-based.
