Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with professional license required.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive PM or site engineering experience in real estate development, high-rise residential, or horizontal projects.
• Proficient in project scheduling tools (MS Project or Primavera P6), AutoCAD, and reading structural/architectural plan sets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project schedules from design through unit handover.
• Monitor timelines and budgets to ensure target margins and Rockwell quality standards.
• Collaborate with Senior PMs to align site execution with project milestones.
• Track site progress and contractor lead times to resolve schedule bottlenecks early.
• Coordinate across Design, Quantity Surveying, Procurement, and Construction teams.
• Maintain project risk logs and enforce local building codes and safety standards.
• Prepare status dashboards and financial updates for executive leadership.
• Refine project management workflows and digital tracking tools to boost efficiency.
