Luwell Realty and Development Corporation invites a Civil Engineer with project management skills to lead design and planning for construction initiatives in Quezon City. The role focuses on producing plans, estimating costs, and upholding safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will have a P.E. license, at least two years of relevant experience, and be willing to work full-time on-site in Caloocan/Quezon City.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with a professional license.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in engineering projects.
• Willing to work in Quezon City, Philippines.
• Experience in project management and construction planning is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Completes construction projects by preparing engineering design documents and specifications.
• Produces engineering documents by developing construction plans and schedules.
• Determines project costs by calculating labor, materials, and related expenses.
• Ensure health and safety, schedule and administrative protocol are observed.
• Assist the Senior Engineer by supervising staff and conducting research for development.
