Job summary

Our Clients in Makati seeks a Project Development Officer to manage planning and development of assigned real estate projects from initial evaluation through turnover. You will focus on feasibility, financial analysis, market assessment, business planning, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams and government agencies throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience in project development or related analysis, strong financial modeling skills, proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project development, feasibility/ investment analysis, or related functions.
• Experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, or township developments is an advantage.
• Strong financial modeling, feasibility studies, market research, and business case preparation skills.
• Knowledge of real estate development processes, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• CPA, MBA, or related certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development lifecycle from evaluation to turnover.
• Conduct feasibility studies including financial, market, and site analyses.
• Evaluate viability based on market demand and regulatory requirements.
• Develop concepts, business cases, and development strategies.
• Coordinate approval processes and prepare management documentation.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose mitigations.
• Ensure delivery within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Support land acquisitions with preliminary financial analyses and due diligence.
• Assist in planning, launch, and go-to-market activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants and agencies.
