Job summary

Strategic Land Philippines Corporation is seeking a Land Development Engineer/Civil Design Engineer II to lead planning, design, coordination, review, and implementation support of land development works for residential, subdivision, horizontal, vertical, and mixed-use projects.

This role covers site development plans, grading, road networks, drainage, sewer and water layouts, utility corridors, and earthworks, ensuring compliance with codes and government requirements while guiding junior

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in land development or civil design.
Experience coordinating with LGUs, agencies, consultants, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation, review, and coordination of land development plans for residential subdivisions and other projects.
Review civil drawings and design submissions; ensure accuracy and constructability.
Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants to obtain approvals.
Prepare and coordinate documents for development permits, LGU submissions, and agency reviews.
Monitor progress and maintain design documentation and issue trackers.
