Enduraland Development Corporation in Cavite, Philippines seeks a Licensed Civil Engineer to lead technical planning for a major residential housing project. The role covers land development and house construction, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and maintaining overall site safety and operations.

The successful candidate will coordinate with engineers, contractors, security, and maintenance, oversee permits, and manage opex/capex.

Qualifications

Licensed Civil Engineer with Civil Engineering degree.
3+ years in technical planning, construction, and property management.
Strong communication skills and ability to lead and manage staff.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Overall in charge of technical planning for a 12-unit residential housing project including land development, house construction.
Ensure timely completion and budget efficiency of construction projects.
Oversee the general operations of the project, including upkeep, safety & security.
Facilitate coordination meetings with Engineers, Contractors, Security & Maintenance regarding safety & security standards.
Facilitate all relevant permits for construction and general upkeep of the project.
Manage site maintenance finances, opex and capex requirements of the property.
With three (3) or more years’ experience in technical planning, construction and property management.
