Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to align project scope with strategic objectives.
• Raise awareness of misalignment of scope with stakeholders.
• Identify project duration, effort, sequence and dependencies.
• Develop budgets and forecasts with approvals.
• Apply project life cycle methodology and document communication plans.
• Collaborate across multiple project teams in a cross-matrix environment to drive collaboration and track scope/timeline.
• Comply with employment contracts, policies, and changing business directives.
