Job summary

UnitedHealth Group in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Project Leader to drive complex implementations from initiation through go-live and stabilization. You will partner with business leaders, operations, technology, and clients to ensure successful outcomes.

The role covers governance, RAID management, executive updates, and cross-functional coordination across delivery teams. Strong communication, PMO discipline, and tool proficiency are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
6+ years of Project Management, PMO, Program Management, Transformation, or Implementation experience.
Proven experience managing end-to-end project implementations and operational launches.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
Ability to support stakeholders during U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management across implementation, transformation, readiness, migration, and process improvement.
Develop and manage charters, business cases, work plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and forecasts.
Drive projects through all lifecycle phases from initiation to closure.
Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity.
Partner with executives and business leaders to align scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes.
Present executive updates, dashboards, and status reports to leadership.
Maintain governance standards and RAID logs with mitigation plans.
Facilitate governance meetings and escalation when needed.
Coordinate go-live readiness, deployment, and hypercare activities.
Support resource readiness, training plans, SOP development, system access, and handoffs.
Create executive dashboards and KPI reporting; identify trends and opportunities.
