Optum Philippines is seeking an experienced Project Manager focused on implementing programs within a complex, multinational business model. You will align stakeholders, manage scope, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives that support health outcomes.

In this role you will work across teams, develop budgets, monitor progress, and apply project management methodologies. Availability during U.S. business hours is required to coordinate with global partners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing client engagements of moderate complexity.
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours (fully overlapping).

Responsabilidades

• Consult with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of program scope and objectives.
• Raise awareness of misalignment or misunderstanding of project scope with stakeholders.
• Identify project duration, effort, sequence and dependencies of tasks.
• Develop/contribute to project budgets and forecasts with approvals.
• Apply project life cycle methodology and document communication plans.
• Drive collaboration across multiple project teams in a cross-matrix environment.
