Job summary

Optum Philippines is seeking an implementation focused Project Manager to navigate a complex, adaptable business model and address emerging needs. You will engage with stakeholders to ensure program scope alignment, manage timelines and budgets, and drive cross‑functional collaboration across project teams to deliver successful implementations.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience, the ability to work US hours, and PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage client engagements of moderate complexity and scope.
• Must be available to work during U.S. business hours (full overlap).

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Raise awareness of misalignment of project scope with stakeholders.
• Identify duration, effort, sequence and dependencies of tasks.
• Develop budgets and forecasts with approvals.
• Apply project life cycle methodology and document communications plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet scope and timeline.
• Adhere to employment contracts, policies, and directives.
