The role requires 10+ years in project management, strong client engagement experience, and willingness to work during US business hours within a Fortune 5 corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing projects and engaging directly with US clients or stakeholders in a client-facing capacity.
• Proven ability to manage client engagements of moderate complexity and scope.
• Must be available to work during U.S. business hours (full overlap).

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of program/project scope and objectives with the organization's strategic objectives and the Voice of the Customer.
• Raise awareness of any misalignment or misunderstanding of project scope and objectives with applicable stakeholders.
• Identify project duration, effort, sequence and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project objectives.
• Develop/contribute to project budgets and forecasts, obtaining approvals from applicable stakeholders.
• Apply project life cycle methodology and tools as you develop, document and implement project communication plans.
• Drive collaboration across multiple project teams and stakeholders in a cross-matrix environment to maintain scope and timelines.
