Qualifications

• Filipino citizen.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, operations, or a related role.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional projects, external partners, and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in vendor coordination, operational documentation, project tracking, and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with payment operations, digital platforms, domain management, or technical operations coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional operational projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, approved timelines, scope, and budgets.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and implementation strategies.
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings, progress discussions, and coordination among internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Track project progress, resource requirements, dependencies, and outstanding action items, providing regular updates to management.
• Coordinate payment service provider onboarding, merchant documentation, KYB verification, payment channel performance monitoring, and partner relationship management.
• Resolve payment issues and support financial reconciliation with Finance, Operations, IT, and other teams.
• Monitor payment channel performance and coordinate improvements with stakeholders.
• Coordinate the administration and maintenance of digital platforms, including application publishing, developer accounts, and third-party integrations.
• Work with developers to facilitate application submissions, updates, account access, and platform-related operational requirements.
• Coordinate third-party account administration, service renewals, and operational handovers.
• Oversee domain asset management, including registration, renewals, access controls, SSL certificate monitoring, and documentation.
• Coordinate with IT and DevOps on domain availability, DNS, CDN, website accessibility, security concerns, and incidents.
• Monitor domain and certificate renewal schedules and coordinate timely action to prevent service interruptions.
• Support the maintenance of technical records, access controls, and procedures related to digital assets and website availability.
• Coordinate with Compliance to ensure regulatory requirements including PAGCOR are met.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and operational issues.
• Coordinate preparation and maintenance of supporting documents for regulatory requirements, audits.
• Coordinate with external vendors, payment partners, and service providers regarding requirements, issues, renewals, and support requests.
• Provide regular project updates to Operations Head and management.
• Ensure project documentation is organized, updated, and accessible.
