Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Minimum 5 years in IT project management in digital banking or financial services.
• Experience delivering projects with limited tools/resources.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall, SDLC and regulatory standards (Philippines BSP).

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of digital banking projects from ideation to launch.
• Identify inefficiencies and process gaps within the project delivery lifecycle.
• Identify, analyze and mitigate project risks and bottlenecks proactively.
• Create, track and manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional teams, guiding and motivating to meet milestones.
• Communicate project status, risks and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Apply data-informed decisions under pressure and changing requirements.
