Qualifications

• Experience in product development and management within fintech or financial services.
• Experience in roles such as product manager or product owner.
• Experience applying Agile principles across design, development, and product management.
• Experience developing software capabilities to support sales, service or CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies across growth pillars to drive business growth.
• Lead end-to-end product initiatives from opportunity identification to performance tracking.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Account Executives, and regional teams on go-to-market strategies.
• Serve as market SME to align local strategies with market realities and client priorities.
• Drive portfolio performance and identify opportunities to boost revenue.
• Build strategic relationships with issuers, acquirers, fintechs, merchants, and ecosystem partners.
• Influence prioritization and investment decisions using data-driven insights and competitive analysis.
• Support development of long-term market plans to strengthen leadership in key segments.
