Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Project Delivery and Support Specialist to ensure Operations Group projects are completed on time and within scope. You will manage documentation and coordinate project management deliverables from Operations units, stakeholders, and third-party providers, tracking progress and quality.

You will handle end-to-end project phases from UAT to implementation, communicate issues with stakeholders and developers, and monitor Core Banking and related systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business course.
• 1–2 years' experience in Customer Service & Operations.
• At least 1 year in process improvement initiatives / project management / UAT.
• Familiarity with Core System and CRM.
• Knowledgeable in quality controls for Customer Service/Operations.
• Willing to work overtime on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle projects within Group Operations to ensure alignment to business requirements.
• Ensure complete documentation in every phase of the project.
• Engage involved parties within Group Operations and other departments for smooth transition to each phase (e.g., UAT to Implementation).
• Communicate and track program defects and issues to resolution with end users and development team.
• Execute implementation and post-implementation activities (Production Acceptance Testing, Project Reviews).
• Monitor and maintain the performance of Core Banking and Credit Card, Front-end and Auxiliary Systems.
• Access production systems to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Continuously improve system performance and reliability through proactive measures.
• Complete reportorial requirements to present project status and milestones.
• Identify and propose process improvement initiatives for Group Operations.
