Job summary

WeSupport Incorporated is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead technical delivery and dependency management across Product Owner, Service Designer, Production Engineering and Shared Services, ensuring on-time completion and governance compliance.

In this role you will perform SCRUM Master duties, define project plans, scopes and timelines, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of banking software initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Minimum 5 years as a full-time project manager in financial services, banking, or insurance.
Experience managing a software development project.
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Familiar with Waterfall and Agile/Scrum; certifications (PMP, SCRUM, PRINCE2) preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate effective project planning, execution, and delivery while adhering to SCRUM principles as a SCRUM Master.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, lead daily stand-ups, manage backlog, and promote agile methodologies.
Work with the Product Owner/Manager and cross-functional teams to establish timelines and delivery planning.
Assist the Product Owner in prioritization during the business planning/demand planning cycle.
Provide weekly updates on the Book of Work and re-scope projects as needed.
Identify and manage delivery risks, issues and dependencies; ensure IT governance compliance.
