Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management plans, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Identify key stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the change process.
• Create and deliver clear communication materials and training programs for users.
• Facilitate impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies for risks.
• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of implementation projects with defined timelines.
• Conduct data analysis and process reviews to identify improvements and actionable strategies.
• Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
