Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of projects across the Consumer Finance division.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities, assist with system implementations and testing, maintain governance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, project administration, systems testing, process implementation, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned projects from initiation through implementation, including scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and progress tracking.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, meeting actions, and communication updates.
• Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document results, and assist with issue resolution.
• Monitor project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Partner with business teams, Finance, IT, and external vendors to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
• Identify risks, escalation issues appropriately, and contribute practical solutions to improve processes and project delivery.
• Support training activities, change readiness initiatives, and post-implementation reviews.
• Ensure activities align with regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements.
