Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support cross-functional project delivery in our Consumer Finance division. You will coordinate activities, manage schedules, and maintain governance to ensure timely, compliant results.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of navigating ambiguity. Strong communication with Finance, IT, and external vendors will be essential to drive continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, administration, systems testing, process implementation, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in financial services, lending, fintech, or another regulated industry.
• Familiarity with project and workflow management tools such as Microsoft Planner, JIRA, or Asana.
• Exposure to regulatory and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned projects from initiation through implementation, including scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and progress tracking.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, meeting actions, and communication updates.
• Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document results, and assist with issue resolution.
• Monitor project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Partner with business teams, Finance, IT, and external vendors to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
• Identify risks, elevate issues appropriately, and contribute practical solutions to improve processes and project delivery.
• Support training activities, change readiness initiatives, and post-implementation reviews.
• Ensure activities align with regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements.
