Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects across our Consumer Finance division.

In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, support system implementations and testing, maintain project governance, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from initiation through implementation.
• Maintain project documentation, including plans and risk registers.
• Support system testing and UAT, document results.
• Monitor milestones, timelines, deliverables and dependencies.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and external vendors for project execution.
• Identify risks and propose practical solutions to improve processes.
• Support training activities, change readiness initiatives, and post-implementation reviews.
• Ensure activities align with regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements.
