Responsibilities

• Project Planning: create and organize activities to deliver project objectives within PM framework.
• Project Reporting and Review: prepare agendas, reports, and presentations for reviews.
• Data Collection and Analysis: extract data and input into standard formats.
• Work Scheduling and Allocation: design monthly schedule and assign tasks to optimize flow.
• Continuous Improvement: review operations and suggest improvements.
• Document Preparation: produce moderately complex documents for technology devices.
• Project Closeout and Handover: draft documentation and support post-project reviews.
• Personal Capability Building: pursue training and keep up with technology and best practices.
