Yokogawa Philippines is seeking a proactive Project Manager to support planning, reporting, and delivery of projects across our automation and digital services.
You will gather data, prepare documents, manage schedules, and coordinate with teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project outcomes. A Bachelor's degree is required, and you will develop your capabilities through training and hands-on experience.

Carry out delegated activities to support the production of workstream and project plans that identify and organize all the activities needed to deliver project objectives and that comply with the organization's project management framework.
Contribute to project and program reporting and review by organizing meetings and by preparing project and/or program papers (e.g., agendas, reports, and presentations).
Extract relevant data from information provided by others, and input it into spreadsheets or standard formats.
Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done.
Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work, and support in generating new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.
Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.
Draft elements of product documentation and user training to support handover to business as usual. Contribute to post-project reviews and identification of lessons learned.
Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems (7 to 12 months)
Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months)
