Job summary

You will gather data, prepare documents, manage schedules, and coordinate with teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project outcomes. A Bachelor's degree is required, and you will develop your capabilities through training and hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out delegated activities to support project plans.
• Prepare project papers, agendas, reports, and presentations.
• Extract data from sources and input into standard formats.
• Design monthly schedules and allocate work to others.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Draft product documentation and training materials for handover.
• Develop personal capabilities through assessment and formal training.
• Manage project communications, integration, and risk.
• Estimate project costs and manage budgets.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely project delivery.
