Job summary

Yokogawa Philippines, Inc. in Manila region is seeking a Project Controller to support the PMO Head and IAPD Department Head. This on-site role focuses on financial stewardship of projects from planning through closeout.

You will monitor budgets, track costs and commitments, perform cost forecasts and variance analysis, assist in revenue recognition, and collaborate with Accounting and other teams to ensure accurate financial transactions and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related finance/engineering field.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials are welcome to apply.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in project accounting, financial control, or a related field.
• Industry exposure in Industrial Automation, engineering, or construction is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Financial Monitoring: Assist in preparing, monitoring, and managing comprehensive project budgets.
• Cost Control: Track project costs, expenditures, and commitments to ensure financial efficiency.
• Forecasting & Analysis: Prepare accurate cost forecasts and conduct detailed variance analysis.
• Revenue & Billing Support: Support project billing cycles and accurate revenue recognition processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the Accounting department and other internal teams for all project-related financial transactions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for project stakeholder coordination regarding financial matters.
