Job summary

Carelon Global Solutions Philippines seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead the Member Orchestration Initiative, ensuring disciplined execution, accurate financial tracking, and transparent reporting of realized value.

You will own governance, schedules, risk management, and stakeholder communications across Finance, Operations, Product, and Technology, delivering concise leadership updates and auditable business-case changes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program/project management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management across Business, Operations, Technology, Product, and Finance.
• Financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, business case development, and value tracking.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs, risks, dependencies, timelines, and governance.
• Excellent executive communication and reporting for senior leadership and steering committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program execution, governance, timelines, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate across workstreams to align milestones and leadership expectations.
• Maintain integrated program plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and executive-ready updates.
• Drive meeting cadence, agenda management, follow-ups, and escalation paths for stakeholders.
• Define and manage value realization tracking and reporting cadence for leadership review.
• Surface risks to value capture early and coordinate mitigation actions with owners.
• Prepare concise materials for leadership updates and decision forums.
