JK Capital Finance Inc. is seeking a hands-on Program and Project Manager in the PMO to drive improvement and transformation programs from planning through execution, audit and measurement.
You will work across the commercial organization to design new customer processes, run planning sessions, and manage scorecards and KPIs with functional heads. This execution-first role requires end-to-end ownership of initiatives from planning to delivery, audit, and benefits realization, with a strong focus
A hands-on program and project manager in the PMO who takes improvement and transformation programs from planning through execution, audit and measurement. Reporting to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, the role works across a broad spectrum of the commercial organization - designing new customer processes, running planning sessions through to scorecard management, leading digital transformation projects, and partnering with functional heads - applying disciplined program governance and structured improvement methods (e.g. DMAIC) to deliver measurable, sustained business results. This is a hands-on, execution-first role, not an advisory or report management one. This manager leads from the front: getting into the operational detail and solutions, and personally driving programs to completion. Operating through a matrix, they collaborate and navigate cross-functional owners who do not report to them and hold those owners and themselves accountable to concrete tasks and KPIs.
Translate strategic priorities into structured programs: charters, scope, milestones, resource plans, and risk/issue logs.
Run governance from initiation to closure: steering committees, stage gates, and status reporting.
Design and re-engineer new customer processes end-to-end e.g., the lead-to-loan journey, onboarding, KYC and loan releasing.
Apply DMAIC to cut defects, cycle time and cost; set process-capability baselines and control plans (e.g. qualification, document submission, contactability, turnaround time).
Lead digital transformation projects including CRM, Sales workflow automation, digital platform revamps, BPO/contact-center enablement, dashboards, or holistic marketing programs.
Run vendor selection and manage delivery against defined business outcomes.
Facilitate planning sessions and cascade goals (OGSM/OKR) into scorecards and KPIs.
Own the scorecard cadence: define metrics, curate dashboards, publish on schedule, and drive management review.
Partner with functional heads to deliver joint outcomes; assist the Head of Marketing to orchestrate holistic, multi-channel campaigns from planning through measurement.
Define success metrics and benefit-realization targets up front, then measure actual against plan; audit delivered programs and verify gains are sustained after hand-over.
Prior Project Manager experience is required.
Excellence in project management is essential - disciplined planning, tracking, and relentless follow-through to completion.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations or a related field; Master's/MBA an advantage.
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience; financial services, lending, BPO or operations experience preferred.
Certifications ideal, not required: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; and/or a recognized project/program management certification (PMP, PgMP or PRINCE2).
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership: planning -> delivery -> audit -> measurement.
Excellent leadership, organizational and stakeholder-management skills (essential).
Strong analytics: process mapping, data analysis and BI/dashboards; comfortable with CRM and workflow-automation tools.
Excellent facilitation and executive-level communication, in Filipino and English.
