The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement within a healthcare-focused environment, with a strong emphasis on delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field with 5–8 years of process or project experience that includes experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Project Management in BPO setting.
• Experience leading, cross functional collaboration, and process redesign.
• Performance management and process improvement.
• Healthcare background preferred; PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and implements varied projects, programs and plans that support business unit and enterprise goals.
• Ensures training rooms, production space, meeting rooms, etc. are efficiently utilized.
• Serves as the PMO point of contact; partners with business and support functions to ensure work runs smoothly.
• Manages transition timelines in coordination with business needs.
• Leads and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
