• BAU program management for the Member Orchestration Initiative.
• Own ongoing business case refreshes with Finance and Transformation Office.
• Define and manage value realization tracking and reporting cadence.
• Stakeholder governance and leadership communications across cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day program execution, governance, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
• Coordinate across workstreams to align milestones and leadership expectations.
• Maintain integrated program plans, RAID logs, and executive-ready updates.
• Drive meeting cadence and escalation paths for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Own business case refreshes; validate inputs with Finance and Transformation Office.
• Translate financial/operational data into leadership materials, including risks and tradeoffs.
• Maintain version control and auditable changes to the business case.
• Define value realization trackers, dashboards, and reporting cadence for leadership review.
• Surface risks to value capture and coordinate mitigation with accountable owners.
• Prepare concise materials for leadership updates and decision forums.
• Ensure items, risks, decisions, dependencies are visible and managed.
• Promote transparency and accountability across program management, business case, and value realization.
