Job summary

The Senior Technical Project Manager will own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream technology programs, coordinating across solution architects, development, and QA teams to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Based in Singapore, the role includes mentoring junior PMs, managing risk and stakeholder communications, and aligning with clients and senior leaders on delivery strategy. Occasional after-hours support may be required for releases and go-lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Technical Project/Program Management.
• Experience managing end-to-end lifecycle of complex, multi-workstream programs.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall delivery models.
• Experience managing client-facing engagements at senior/executive levels.
• Familiarity with Jira, MS Project, Asana; cloud, APIs, AI/LLM concepts, testing lifecycles, and SOW budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects or multi-workstream programs with consistent delivery approach and reporting.
• Set delivery standards, templates, and governance frameworks for the project management practice.
• Provide delivery leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level Project Managers; review plans and coach on risk and stakeholder management.
• Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and timelines aligned with business objectives; maintain plans and schedules.
• Identify risks and dependencies early; build mitigation and contingency plans.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders on status, risks, and strategy; lead steering meetings and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, QA, architects, BA); manage resources and velocity.
• Track budget, cost variance, and vendor/subcontractor engagements; ensure proper sign-off before releases.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; oversee end-to-end testing (SIT/UAT/VAPT) and sign-off.
• Oversee cloud-hosted applications and services (AWS/Azure/GCP); coordinate AI workstreams with architects.
• Manage system integrations and multiple vendors; represent the technology team to clients and senior stakeholders.
