Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years hands-on experience in materials planning and buying; new grads welcome.
• Strong collaborative and motivational skills.
• Ability to work across functions to gather information and motivate teams.
• Understanding of MES and planning systems; semiconductor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience managing materials planning and buying is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review weekly overall material inventory status.
• Coordinate with operations planners, module vendors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure inventory policies.
• Work with Assembly vendors to review MOQ and negotiate reductions to minimize material exposure.
• Review historical loads and issue POs for ageing materials per MRA.
• Raise PR for consigned materials orders and non-stock items.
• Send reports to finance for inventory costing and consigned materials.
• Check cost adders billing for assembly for paid/consigned materials.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.
