Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Cavite, Philippines seeks an Associate Planner in Production Planning to generate load plans and monitor schedules against capacity. You will ensure daily start times align with machine capacity and provide accurate reports to Operations.

The role requires coordinating with Mfg Staff, IE, CSR, SCM, Eng, Purchasing, and other teams to meet customer delivery targets. You will validate capacity versus actual performance, review weekly commits, and help identify opportunities

Qualifications

• Generate effective load plan aligned to capacity
• Monitor daily start schedule against machine capacity
• Validate capacity declared versus actual performance
• Review weekly commit and highlight issues meeting customer requirements
• Coordinate with multiple groups to resolve loading and throughput

Responsibilities

• Active member of Daily Cell Huddle and provide daily loading plan and capacity utilization reports
• Assess current week volume upside and potential expedites
• Monitor output, WIP, and die availability to support cycle time reduction
• Communicate potential OTD delinquencies to internal customers
• Update Planning Profile and report manufacturing indices (eWB, Delinquency, WIP)
