Qualifications

• Own and manage external OSAT operations and ensure balanced production and engineering lot flow.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Capacity Planning, Procurement, Logistics/Material Planning, NPI, and SCM to track lot movement and meet shipment and revenue targets.
• Develop and present quarterly supplier performance scorecards focusing on delivery, cycle time, quality, and responsiveness.
• Provide local operational support by driving subcontractor management and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities
