Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Production Planner for SMT to lead structured production plans across Laguna and Cavite factories, coordinating with Materials Planning and Procurement to ensure material readiness and smooth output.

You will drive factory loading, capacity planning, and KPI achievement while ensuring safety standards and on-time delivery, with a focus on revenue targets and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Planning/Production Planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute SMT production schedules across product families and locations.
• Drive monthly and annual revenue targets by aligning production with demand.
• Coordinate production plans with internal teams to meet delivery commitments.
• Monitor demand fluctuations and assess impacts on capacity.
• Ensure on-time delivery and implement contingency measures for disruptions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet delivery requirements.
• Perform capacity planning to optimize resources.
• Work with Materials Planners and Buyers for material readiness.
• Track performance and address gaps with corrective actions.
• Promote compliance with safety programs.
