Job summary

Coins, a leading Philippine fintech brand, is seeking a Senior Product Designer | PM with a strong track record in payments. You will shape design strategy, own end-to-end roadmaps, and mentor a growing team to deliver regulatory-compliant, user-centered experiences.

You will partner with product managers, engineers, and risk/compliance teams to define requirements, run experiments, and measure outcomes that impact activation and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of product design or hybrid product design/product management with leadership.
• Experience owning end-to-end product roadmap, prioritization, success metrics, and post-launch measurement.
• Proven track record designing scalable payments or fintech platforms.
• Strong portfolio showing UX strategy, UI execution, and measurable impact.
• Deep understanding of Philippine digital payments landscape and regulatory framework.
• Experience in agile environments with backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) and analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA).
• Background in payments/fintech for mass-market mobile-first audiences.
• Track record identifying and championing product improvements with concrete examples.
• Power-user familiarity with Coins app preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own design vision and product strategy for payments.
• Build and prioritize a roadmap of design and product improvements.
• Establish design systems and design-quality standards across the org.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers and researchers.
• Translate research into structured PRDs and specs for engineers.
• Run experiments and measure success with analytics.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and legal to meet regulatory standards.
• Partner with marketing and CX for brand-consistent experiences.
• Stay ahead of market trends in PH and SEA.
