Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, CS or related field.
• 5+ years in product design or hybrid product design/PM role.
• Experience owning a product roadmap end-to-end with metrics.
• Proven track record designing scalable payments systems.
• Strong portfolio showing measurable impact.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine digital payments landscape and regulation.
• Experience in agile development: backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) and analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA).
• Background in payments/fintech for mass-market mobile-first audiences.
• Proactive in championing product improvements with concrete examples.
• Personal use of Coins app preferred; think like a power user.
• High attention to detail and strong written communication; collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Define and own design vision and product strategy for payment products.
• Build and prioritize a roadmap using structured frameworks (RICE/ICE).
• Establish UX/UI design standards across the org.
• Lead and mentor product designers and UX researchers.
• Drive end-to-end product design from discovery to UI specs.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and legal teams to meet regulatory standards.
• Partner with product managers and engineers on requirements.
