Qualifications

• Experience in Philippines banking, fintech and payments.
• End-to-end payment rails development from frontend flows to settlement and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand fiat payment offerings by integrating providers and banks.
• Productize ewallet, tokenized payments, and crypto-to-fiat for partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design on user journeys and backend flows.
• Own payment-related metrics such as payment conversion rates.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to scale the business.
