Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in procurement, preferably in service procurement.
• Experience in courier and logistics industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of supplier evaluation and selection processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP).
• Proven experience in supplier sourcing, price comparison, bidding, and contract management.
• Familiarity with procurement categories such as leasing services and IT services is an advantage.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting for procurement.
• Strong analytical and cost evaluation skills, including price comparison and cost modeling.
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to handle multiple procurement projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily service procurement following group policies and specifications.
• Manage suppliers and update the supplier database throughout lifecycle.
• Oversee procurement planning and visualized management of projects.
• Maintain and analyze the basic price database.
• Perform price comparison and cost analysis using quotations and models.
